The village is set at 600 meters altitude and lies at the foot of the Balkan Range Mountain, covering a territory about 7.5 miles along the valley of the Beli Vit River. · 30% from the price – upon signing of the Preliminary Agreement

· 30% from the price – upon completion of the rough construction

· 30% from the price – upon building’s finishing works completion

· 10% from the price – upon receiving the Notary deed and issuing of Act 16

Note: Act 16 means that all apartments are fully finished, as agreed in the Enclosure No 1 to the preliminary contract.
